Since 2019, he has transacted over $27M in real estate, flipped 20+ homes, and built a diverse portfolio spanning short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, and boutique hospitality assets. Today, he oversees 20+ properties generating over $1M in annual revenue across both his own and client properties. His expertise lies in revenue management, demand optimization, and market positioning. From pricing strategy and booking window analysis to listing performance and channel optimization, David focuses on turning underperforming or inconsistent properties into high-performing assets that compete at the top of their market. As a co-founder of Yara Hotel in Palm Springs, he brings hands-on experience operating at a boutique hospitality level, applying the same systems and strategies used in larger-scale assets to individual properties. His focus is simple: maximize revenue, protect the asset, and make ownership truly hands-off.

Chief Operating Officer | Systems, Operations & ExecutionPam leads operations at ProHosts, ensuring every property runs with consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of guest experience.
She began by launching and operating her own short-term rental in Sedona, achieving 90%+ occupancy and $95K in annual revenue. That success led her into consulting, where she helped property owners optimize both operations and design to improve performance and guest satisfaction. With a background in tech and financial services—and experience as a program manager and chief of staff supporting C-level executives—Pam brings a structured, systems-first approach to operations. She specializes in building scalable processes, managing teams, and creating operational consistency across multiple properties and markets. From onboarding and guest communication to cleaning coordination and quality control, Pam ensures every detail is executed at a high level—so properties don’t just perform, they run smoothly. Her focus is execution: making sure every system works, every time.

Operations Coordinator | Guest Experience & ExecutionMia supports day-to-day operations across the ProHosts portfolio, ensuring properties run smoothly and guests have a consistent, high-quality experience.
With over 8 years of experience in vacation rental management, she has developed a strong foundation in guest communication, reservations, and operational coordination. For the past 3+ years with ProHosts, Mia has played a key role in managing bookings, coordinating cleanings and maintenance, and supporting both short- and mid-term rental operations across multiple markets. She works closely with both the revenue and operations teams to ensure every stay is executed at a high standard—from pre-booking communication to post-checkout follow-up—helping maintain consistency across the portfolio. Her focus is simple: deliver a seamless guest experience while keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.
